Principal Architect, Cybersecurity Architecture

As a Principal Cybersecurity Architect, you will provide visionary leadership and expert guidance to assess, plan, and enact security measures that protect our organization from sophisticated threats and attacks on its computer networks and systems. Lead global Cybersecurity Architecture initiatives from conception to completion—including enterprise-level threat modeling, ensuring robust security for cloud-native services, and enabling teams to meet new regulations, policies, standards, and processes that advance NielsenIQ’s global security posture. Mentor other architects, set architectural direction, and drive innovation across the security organization. Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function, ensuring alignment of security policies with both detective and preventative controls, and continuously enhancing standards, frameworks, and best practices documentation to drive policy consistency and excellence across the enterprise. Establish, nurture, and influence strategic relationships with executive leadership, security teams, and key stakeholders, articulating benchmarks of success, setting organization-wide expectations, and elevating security competencies throughout the company.
