Senior Controls Deployment Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the deployment, integration, and commissioning of data center building automation controls systems, including BMS and EPMS.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical standards during project construction phases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement Controls Normalization Plans across the data center fleet.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, mechanical plant strategies, and control diagrams for industrial HVAC and electrical systems.
• Develop and oversee point-to-point verification and software testing to validate system operability and quality before on-site deployment.
• Provide QA/QC oversight of hardware installation and programming throughout the commissioning process.

Performance and Improvement:

• Support commissioning testing to validate controls settings and integration with overall data center infrastructure.
• Ensure system performance quality by assisting partner teams in diagnosing and resolving operations-impacting events within SLAs.
• Recommend initiatives to improve the efficiency of controls and monitoring systems and operational procedures.
