The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping get more people to the virtual doors of Equip by managing the performance of existing and new digital channels (with a focus on Paid Meta), and growth partnerships. They will also support overall growth marketing initiatives through data analysis and insights gathering.
This person should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and paid social – including Meta – and a bias towards action. Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders are a must.
Responsibilities include managing daily performance of digital channels, owning the testing pipeline, partnering with the Brand Team in creating assets, creating landing pages, monitoring performance across digital and partnership channels, and conducting data exploration. They will also be the primary point of contact for outside partners and support the scaling of the partnership channel.
