Speech-Language Pathologist (Bridge to School Success Program)

They're searching for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team to support families and children with learning differences by ensuring they receive the best care and tools for success. The School Based Provider Program is designed to provide school based providers with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in their new role. This role includes conducting SLP evaluations and providing direct SLP services to children, collaborating with the clinical team to create a treatment plan or an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) for each child, including identifying specific SLP related goals, and monitoring each child’s progress on an ongoing basis. The role requires communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with parents, staff, and students on progress, completing required documentation and data collection necessary for IEP reports, goals, and diagnostic evaluations, and meeting regularly with teachers, paraprofessionals, and specialists to discuss individual students' modifications or adaptations, ongoing learning issues, interventions, or problems.
