Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect (BISSA)

The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. In this role, you will design and architect secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform, tailored to the unique needs of financial services clients. You will act as a subject matter expert on financial services regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA), advising clients on compliance strategies and audit readiness. You will build and maintain senior executive relationships (e.g., CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, BISOs), articulating the business value of ServiceNow solutions and present strategic and technical content at the CXO level. You'll also lead complex pre-sales engagements, collaborating with Solution Specialists and cross-functional teams. Additionally, advise on the design and architecture workflows using ServiceNow’s AI-powered tools to automate processes and enhance productivity and mentor junior team members.
