Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll be instrumental in supporting Xero's Product Data Science team by delivering high-quality data assets, including data pipelines and models, that facilitate rapid decision-making and the deployment of machine learning models. You'll bridge the gap between traditional analytics engineering and the evolving needs of machine learning initiatives. Your responsibilities include undertaking technical discovery with stakeholders, designing and implementing data pipeline solutions, developing scalable data models, and maintaining infrastructure for data applications and reproducible data science workflows. You'll also contribute to the feature store, enabling self-service analytics.
