• Design, develop, and integrate mechanical components for solid rocket motors, including CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis of rocket motor components, validate models with test data, and size insulation systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve system malfunctions and present analysis to peers and customers in design reviews.

• Review design drawings and submittals for cooling system application accuracy.
