- Delegate in-service tasks to line personnel.
- Supervise buffet, beverage, break, and carving table set-up and breakdown.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Minimum of 2-4 years in Sous Chef position.
- Must be Serve Safe certified.
