Manager of Education Initiatives

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute legislative strategies for education policy.
• Coordinate coalitions and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Draft public-facing materials and support communications efforts.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in education policy or advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Environment:

• Full-time remote role based in Virginia.
• Travel up to 15% within Virginia and DMV area.
• Reports to Director of Alternative Education Opportunities.
