AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Archaeologist to join our Cultural Resources practice. This position will report to the Pacific Northwest Archaeology Group Director and will support the coordination with AECOM’s cultural resources teams operating out of our Portland, Oregon office. Managing projects with large-scale field efforts (survey, testing, data recovery, and monitoring) and intensive schedules is a key aspect. Responsibilities include managing and executing archival research, technical report writing, state and federal archaeological permitting, data collection and compilation, and GIS mapping. The role involves operating as primary author or senior reviewer, supervising personnel, and performing project management duties.
