Technical Operations and Lead Data Analyst

This role is for a versatile generalist with both business savvy and technical expertise. Reporting directly to our CEO and CTO, you will assume key responsibilities across every department—from operations to product development—with significant leadership potential. You will use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics. You will drive projects from ideation through execution, ensuring decisions are data-driven. Besides collaborating with different teams, you will also oversee the launch of new products, features, and process changes, managing launch strategies and post-launch iterations and design and run experiments to optimize product and operational performance.
