This pivotal leadership role is responsible for creating and driving the vision for leveraging data, building structures and processes, and product development. This leader will craft and influence data culture and practices while overseeing the technical infrastructure and product development that enables us to scale our programs and impact. The Head of Data & Technology will lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers.

This role is for a versatile generalist with both business savvy and technical expertise. You will assume key responsibilities across every department—from operations to product development—with significant leadership potential. You will use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics to drive projects from ideation through execution, ensuring decisions are data-driven.
