Job Description

The Department of Arts Administration, Education and Policy (AAEP) is seeking to hire a part-time, 25% FTE, faculty member to support the Department in preparing the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) accreditation process. This work is critical to the department and other associated unit's compliance with national standards for art and design education.

The individual will collaborate with AAEP faculty/staff and other art and design units to manage data collection, organize accreditation materials, and prepare the NASAD report. Responsibilities include: Data Acquisition and Report Development Gather and manage departmental data required for NASAD accreditation. Develop and maintain documentation for the accreditation process. Narrative and Submission Preparation Summarize data into narrative descriptions for inclusion in the NASAD report. Prepare binders and electronic submissions for review by the Chair and faculty/committee. Coordinate meetings with the external evaluation committee and organize all accreditation materials.

Qualifications Extensive experience in higher education administration and prior involvement with NASAD accreditation within this department. Her expertise in project management and data analysis ensures accuracy and efficiency in producing the report. This is a 25% FTE, temporary position that will work approximately 10 hours per week from December 2025 through April 2026.
