DBT Developer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DBT Developer with Hightouch expertise to join the data engineering team. In this role, you’ll design and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines, build reverse ETL syncs to operational systems, and ensure data models are optimized for performance and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet business needs and enable timely, data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities include data pipeline development & management, data integration & sync management, data modeling & SQL optimization, system monitoring & troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation & best practices. To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience in data engineering, strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with DBT and Hightouch, familiarity with cloud data warehouses, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
