Position Summary:

  • Conduct critical level of care assessments, individual, group, and family therapy for outpatient clients.
  • Determine eligibility and develop initial treatment plans to identify services and level of care needed.
  • Coordinate with staff and outside agencies for smooth transition to treatment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments via telehealth or in-person.
  • Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to collaborate with clients and treatment teams.
  • Maintain clinical records and coordinate with admissions and referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health or related field with active licensure in Nebraska.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in mental health treatment with trauma-informed care knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
