Position Summary:
- Conduct critical level of care assessments, individual, group, and family therapy for outpatient clients.
- Determine eligibility and develop initial treatment plans to identify services and level of care needed.
- Coordinate with staff and outside agencies for smooth transition to treatment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments via telehealth or in-person.
- Use a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to collaborate with clients and treatment teams.
- Maintain clinical records and coordinate with admissions and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Mental Health or related field with active licensure in Nebraska.
- Minimum 1 year experience in mental health treatment with trauma-informed care knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
