Political Program Manager

The Political Program Manager supports the advancement of Swing Left’s political priorities by managing cross-functional collaboration, supporting campaign relationships, and coordinating financial and volunteer support—in service of winning the most competitive, high-impact races and long-term power building. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with the organizing team and external stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and support volunteer activities aligned with campaign needs and the organization's strategic priorities. Develop and maintain relationships with targeted campaigns and relevant partners to ensure alignment and strong communication. Coordinate the disbursement of PAC contributions to supported campaigns in collaboration with the compliance and development teams. Lead cross-functional coordination between the political team and internal departments to drive campaign priorities forward. Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person political events and ensure seamless implementation. Draft campaign plans, political memos, and materials to support targeted interventions and ongoing electoral programs.
