Responsibilities:
- Own product work end-to-end, partnering with product and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, validate direction, and ship, staying involved post-launch.
- Design across surfaces including web apps, native mobile (iOS and Android), embeddable widgets, and user portals, touching multiple surfaces weekly.
- Operate the design system, owning and evolving Figma libraries to keep components, autolayout, and variables in a state enabling fast movement for others.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or application-heavy environments.
- Fluent in Figma, including components, autolayout, variables, prototyping, and dev mode.
- Comfortable on both ends of the craft spectrum from rough flow mapping to pixel-level UI, with strong product instinct to detect misdirection early.
Logistics:
- Full-time remote work as a dispersed team with collaboration primarily over text.
- Flexible schedule requiring at least 4 hours of overlap with core team members.
