Production Artist

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Artist will provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support. You will be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery. The production artist must be very collaborative and have excellent problem-solving abilities, all while maintaining consistency and the original brand look throughout the process. Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use. Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations. Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof. Sending proof to customers for review and approval. Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays. Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.
