Senior Manager, Field Operations

Lead the development and delivery of internal communications, including team updates, leadership messaging, and structured meeting cadences, to ensure alignment, engagement, and transparency across the Oncology Field Sales Function. Drive process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, proposing strategic solutions, and leading implementation to enhance operational excellence and scalability. Oversee new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience and readiness for field execution. Co-lead strategic planning and flawless execution of key sales initiatives and recognition events. Manage and influence external vendor relationships, contracts, and purchase orders. Monitor operational budgets and expenses, providing visibility, reporting, and strategic insights to leadership. Maintain organizational discipline through accurate documentation, structured meeting cadences, and consistent action tracking. Support change management efforts for new processes, tools, and rollouts. Provide high-level operational and administrative partnership to the VP of Sales. Demonstrate strong executive presence and uphold Corcept’s Key Principles.
