• You will participate in a remote video interview to discuss your company's benefits strategy.
• We will ask you to walk through a recent plan renewal or vendor selection process.
• You will also review a set of hypothetical plan structures and provide feedback.

Participant Requirements:

• We are looking for HR leaders and benefits directors at mid-market to enterprise companies.
• You should have direct involvement in selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans.
• We welcome VP of Total Rewards, Directors of Benefits, and Senior HR Business Partners.
