Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Community Manager to join Vocal’s growing team. The ideal candidate understands internet culture instinctively and can translate that knowledge into identifying and cultivating talent. This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities include setting strategy for recruiting and training a team of social media editors, identifying potential talent, optimizing onboarding strategies, creating community engagement strategies, and overseeing a community of social media editors. The role also involves building and maintaining an active community, developing best practices and community resources, and helping shape internal workflows and product development based on community insights.
