Senior Estimator - Electrical

The Senior Electrical Estimator develops accurate, detailed electrical construction cost estimates for all electrical related trades at all project design stages. The Senior Electrical Estimator leads and trains Team Members, while following the Preconstruction standards and processes. Your responsibilities will include: Developing accurate, detailed electrical construction cost estimates at progressive design stages. Developing associated scope of work clarifications. Identifying risk items and associated order of magnitude. Assisting with Preconstruction resource management. The candidate will need demonstrated electrical estimating experience preparing quantity surveys and cost estimates for all electrical construction scopes of work, requiring complete knowledge of labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs. Knowledge of electrical codes with the ability to utilize at all levels of design.
