Regional Risk Program Manager, LATAM Brazil

Hinge is seeking a Regional Risk Program Manager, LATAM to manage and coordinate Trust & Safety efforts across Latin America. Based in Brazil, you’ll serve as our regional expert embedding localized insight into Hinge’s global Trust & Safety strategies. You’ll help Hinge navigate emerging risks and cultural nuances while strengthening our partnerships across the region. As a senior member of our Global Risk & Response team, you’ll work cross-functionally to surface regional risks, support critical escalations, advise on policy localization, and shape proactive safety strategies. You'll play a crucial role in protecting Hinge users throughout Latin America while ensuring our safety work remains principled, equitable, and locally informed. The responsibilities include partnering with multiple teams to manage responses to high-severity escalations, advising on moderation decisions, supporting investigations, monitoring emerging risks, and representing Hinge in partnerships with external stakeholders.
