What You’ll Do:
- Utilize Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to identify process problems.
- Facilitate rapid improvement events with cross functional internal teams to develop process, identify process issues, and other strategic initiatives.
- Help facilitate improvement training for internal teams to build a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You Bring & How You Qualify:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years combined experience in process improvement and process design.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite with strong analytics background.
