Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer at Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core data models that power analytics and reporting across the organization. This role requires a mix of technical expertise and analytical thinking, applying engineering best practices to transform raw data from a variety of sources into well-defined, consumable datasets. Build clean, well-tested dbt models. Investigate, validate, and ensure data quality through testing and monitoring processes. Develop scalable ELT pipelines for reporting and analysis. Document logic and business rules to promote transparency. Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and optimize data architecture for a high-growth healthcare data platform.
