Director of Software Engineering - FOS

Lead the technical vision and strategy for our software products, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure application architectures. Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, testing, and DevOps. You will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth, as well as recruit and retain top engineering talent. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also lead the architectural design of software systems, implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and foster a culture of innovation.
