Regularly provide customers with actionable insights and demonstrate the tangible value of OpenUp's services, encouraging contract growth. You will collaborate with implementation consultants and support roles to ensure a cohesive customer journey, taking full ownership of customer accounts by ensuring their overall success and satisfaction with OpenUpβs services.
