Senior Meta Media Buyer

Role Objective:

• You are the pilot with full ownership of Resilia's Meta account.
• We are looking for operators who run accounts at scale independently.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end account structure, budgets, launches, and daily results.
• Run scalable multi-SKU campaigns and respond to performance swings in real time.
• Turn testing results into scaling decisions and creative direction.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record with high 7- to 8-figure Meta ad spend.
• 3–6+ years of hands-on high-spend DTC/e-commerce experience.
• Advanced KPI fluency beyond native Meta reporting.

Working Hours:

• Remote-first and asynchronous, but strong overlap with US business hours is required.
• Output over hours, yet live budgets demand real-time management.
