Role Overview:
- Ensure quality assurance compliance and drive high standards in assessment activities within centres to deliver a first-class service for customers and learners.
- Manage risk and performance of centres and staff through analysis of data and evidence from regulators and customers to maintain qualification and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and use feedback to drive improvement in work practices and team processes.
- Maintain the integrity of internally assessed qualifications through approval, monitoring, and evaluation of centres.
Requirements and Impact:
- Be a relevant subject expert qualified to at least Level 3 in English and Maths, with a recognised teaching qualification.
- Possess knowledge of current developments in education and assessment, with at least 3 years of experience in an educational quality assurance role.
- Hold or be willing to work towards qualifications in external quality assurance and assessment & internal quality assurance.
