Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, owning end-to-end setup, pacing, and iterative optimization. They will consult and educate clients through their performance journey, aligning goals, right-sizing expectations, and creating pragmatic roadmaps and campaign plans. The analyst will build channel mixes and media plans tied to clear KPIs, running structured A/B tests, and feeding learnings back to strategy and creative teams.

Furthermore, they will own social/content analytics for organic content and owned web, defining KPI frameworks, content taxonomies, and benchmarks that tie to business outcomes. Building and maintaining automated, reliable dashboards and translating complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders is also a core responsibility.
