Bilingual Spanish-speaking Recovery Coach - Community Outreach Specialist

As a Community Outreach Specialist on the Community Outreach and Engagement team, you'll help enroll new members in the Marigold peer services platform and partner with local providers and community leaders. You will use a variety of ways to connect with potential members such as visiting local provider locations, attending community events, and through phone & SMS outreach.

You'll schedule and attend visits at provider partner sites, community events, and locations like treatment centers, clinics, libraries, police stations, and health fairs. You will also share information about Marigold Health’s peer recovery services and help people download the app. This role involves reaching out to potential members via text, calls, or mail and supporting the relationship between Marigold and its partners.

Targets and goals are set by Marigold's contracts, and you may have flexibility in availability to work early mornings and/or evenings. Regular travel to partner clinics is a significant part of this role, with staff needing to abide by COVID-19 safety policies at these facilities.
