Manager, Data Operations

We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of proven experience managing teams in an operational environment and will excel at enhancing efficiency, managing high-volume tasks, and ensuring smooth, effective operations across our organization. Your responsibilities include team leadership and developing operational strategies. You will implement policies and procedures designed to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Part of the role includes identifying opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and streamlined workflows to drive operational excellence and maximize resource utilization. This position also includes resource management, performance management, quality assurance, reporting, and analysis.
