Job Description
This role provides 24/7 remote operations support to the AMEAPAC region. You will follow standard operating procedures including dispatching, service requests, incidents, alarms and TSD, communication protocols, and reporting. You will monitor remote control systems to ensure proper functioning and performance, and respond to alarms, alerts, and notifications. Communicating with field technicians or on-site personnel to coordinate responses to incidents or issues and documenting activities, incidents, and actions taken are also part of the job. You'll conduct routine checks and inspections of remote systems to ensure compliance, safety and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Providing a summary of production reports for the sites connected to RCC is also required.
