Job Description
Define and own the product roadmap for EFY’s wallet and exchange ecosystem. Integrate on/off ramp APIs and collaborate with global liquidity providers. Launch and optimize FX, OTC, and iRFQ trading flows. Ensure regulatory compliance (Travel Rule, KYC/KYB, MiCA). Partner with Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams for seamless execution. Monitor and optimize metrics such as GTV, margin, fees, adoption, and conversion rates. Drive a data-driven, compliance-first, and customer-obsessed product culture. Localize wallet experiences for key LATAM markets (especially Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay ).
5+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or payment startups — ideally wallets, exchanges, or blockchain infrastructure. Proven track record as a Product Owner / Product Manager for digital assets or payment ecosystems.
