UX Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and evolve the holistic UX vision and principles.
- Lead the redesign of complex web journeys with measurable outcomes.
- Analyze user needs and technical feasibility to recommend effective UX approaches.
Information Architecture (IA):
- Research and model how users navigate content across web platforms.
- Create and maintain sitemaps, user flows, and navigation models.
- Ensure content hierarchy supports discoverability and ease of use.
Cross-Functional Influence:
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Present UX strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Influence roadmaps by introducing clarity and data-backed reasoning.
