New Analyst, Data Exchange

The Data Exchange Analyst at Capital Rx is a critical player in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and smooth operation of data feeds essential to our pharmacy benefit services. This role collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot these data connections, ensuring the seamless flow of information such as claims, vaccine reimbursements, and eligibility data. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of PBM data, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the communication skills needed to effectively collaborate across the organization and with external partners. Responsibilities include working with Data Exchange partners and internal teams to develop and maintain Data Exchange data feeds, serving as a point of coordination for Data Exchange identification and issue resolution, and proactively monitoring system status to quickly identify potential abnormalities. This also includes assisting with the validation of Data Exchange data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes, and participating in projects with Data Exchange impacts.
