Sr. Data & Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to analyze production costs, freight, fulfillment, and logistics data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve gross margin. Build and maintain dashboards that visualize COGS, shipping, and operational performance metrics. Develop models that connect operational data to financial outcomes, writing complex SQL queries and using Python to explore large datasets, diagnose cost drivers, and forecast outcomes. Support the Finance and Operations teams with data-informed forecasting and scenario modeling. Ensure data accuracy and structure within systems to enable reliable, self-service access for non-technical teams. Lead strategic analysis projects that inform growth, retention, and operational decisions. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations. Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement in analytics and reporting.
