Job Description
The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for our next Senior Solutions Architect to join our post-sales Technical Solutions Team adjacent to Professional Services. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and validating scalable solutions for nonprofit customers’ implementation of GoFundMe Pro's software. This role is execution-focused, working directly with our nonprofit customers to implement technical solutions and accelerate adoption. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in bridging pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from technical discovery and solution design during the sales cycle to implementation and execution. You will collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Implementation Project Managers, and Technical Account Managers to accelerate solution adoption and campaign launches.
You will own the technical design and execution of customer solutions, translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, and serve as the primary technical resource during implementation. You will also develop Salesforce-specific integration frameworks, provide technical feedback, and maintain expertise in Salesforce and related technologies.
