Principal Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer at EverOps you will join our U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center, working with a team of dynamic engineers to manage multiple customers’ production cloud environments. The work we do is uniquely dynamic and each day brings new challenges. You’ll leverage strong communication and collaboration while focusing on client satisfaction and high availability. You will have Principal level DevOps Architecture experience and work with your client to ensure project scope and alignment, as well as guide your Tech Pod both technically and career-wise. You will also develop and use automation tools effectively to operate, manage, and scale production and development environments quickly. Additional responsibilities include participating in regular customer and internal EverOps scrums, monitoring environments while focusing on constant improvement, implementing new tools and technologies as customer requirements evolve, and designing and executing new solutions while working to improve existing ones.
