Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to build brand awareness, generate and progress the pipeline, and increase customer retention for LivePerson. You will own the production and drive the distribution and performance of high-quality marketing assets, with an emphasis on long-form editorial content, customer stories, industry thought leadership, and data-driven storytelling. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, you will partner closely with other teams across marketing, sales, and product, and help solidify LivePersonβs position as a global leader in enterprise Conversational AI. Pitch and create high-quality content that educates and inspires our audience, differentiates our brand, and meets our business objectives.
Write and edit a variety of marketing assets, including ebooks and white papers, blog posts and bylines, customer stories and case studies, newsletters, webinar talk tracks and video scripts. Develop, craft, and launch a series of data-driven industry reports, infographics, and other content that leverages the billions of customer conversations we power on a monthly basis.
