Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments and adjusting goals as needed.
- Supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training, support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team framework.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- NY Licensed Behavior Analyst and Medicaid ID from New York State, with 1+ years of ABA experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Benefits & Schedule:

- Base compensation of $60k for 15 billable hours per week, with an elevated rate of $80-$90/hour for additional billable hours above that threshold.
