Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals. Establish data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Growth, Finance and Retention Teams to optimize data acquisition, Ensure data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging data technologies and trends, making recommendations for adoption. Build and lead a high-performing team of Data Professionals, providing mentorship and professional development.
