Senior Manager, Information Security

The Senior Manager of Information Security will be responsible for running Motive’s enterprise-wide security program. This position balances strategy and execution, managing risk remediation, quantification, and communication while governing key security domains which includes but not limited to identity, endpoint protection, DLP, Vulnerability management, email security and overall SaaS security. In this role, you will also serve as Incident Commander during critical events and drive resiliency through AI-enabled security, and advanced threat defense. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to influence leaders, engage cross-functional teams, and embed security into Motive’s business culture. You will lead the development and execution of risk treatment strategies, Provide architectural guidance on secure system design, control integration, and scalable security services, strengthen Incident Management and SIEM monitoring capabilities to improve detection and response, Manage core security domains, and Oversee third-party SaaS security reviews as part of the vendor risk program. You will also manage compliance audits and attestations and work closely with Legal on a variety of privacy-focused initiatives.
