Engineering Manager, Security & Compliance (Remote)

This role manages a small team responsible for GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response, and will partner closely with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and influence skills, including high emotional intelligence and experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, coupled with well-rounded cybersecurity acumen across a full security program in a fast-paced technology environment. They should also have experience building and maintaining processes and controls, and be able to prioritize risk remediation effectively.
