BI Solution Architect/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end BI solutions on Microsoft Fabric, defining workspace strategies, governance standards, and lifecycle management for enterprise-grade analytics.
• Optimize semantic models and reports using DAX, performance tuning, and best practices for scalability, usability, and maintainability.
• Automate deployments and manage BI assets programmatically via Power BI REST APIs to support CI/CD pipelines and environment promotions.

Technical and Domain Expertise:

• Demonstrate deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components, including Power BI, OneLake, dataflows, and capacity management.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare/insurance domains, understanding concepts like claims, members, and compliance, to design relevant BI solutions.
• Leverage AI capabilities and Copilot within Fabric to improve development efficiency and enable responsible AI-assisted insights.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI designs and architectural approaches.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with data engineering, platform security, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, advising on analytic approaches and solution architecture.
