QA Automation Lead

Trella Health is seeking a seasoned QA Automation Lead to architect and drive our automation strategy from the ground up. This high-impact role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable automation frameworks that span UI, API, mobile, and data validation. With a clean slate, you’ll define the automation roadmap, select tools, implement best practices, and embed automation into our development lifecycle. You'll also mentor and upskill QA team members, fostering a culture of quality engineering throughout the team. You will also architect a modular, scalable automation framework that supports UI, API, mobile, and data testing. The role requires expertise in automation tools and libraries such as Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, Postman, PyTest, etc.
