Owns and manages all talent acquisition-branded and reputation channels, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other relevant platforms, maintaining and optimizing career pages with content to enhance search visibility and user experience.
Builds and maintains a content calendar that highlights employee stories, graduate success, and organizational values and develops and executes multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns using social media, email, and digital advertising to attract high-quality applicants.
Partners with Marketing and IT to ensure TA content is discoverable in AI-driven search results and builds and manages engagement programs to reconnect graduates, veterans, and passive talent for rehire, referral, and advocacy opportunities.
