Role Overview:
- Lead a specialized team of security engineers focusing on application, cloud, and AI security.
- Operate on an evidence-based model to identify systemic gaps and build automated controls.
- Act as the bridge between Security Operations and Product Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers.
- Define and execute a security engineering roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Champion shift-left security and enforce cloud and AI security standards.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools like Semgrep, Snyk, Veracode.
- Deep understanding of AWS security including IAM, API Gateway, and containers.
- Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 and agentic AI attack surfaces.
