Pharmacists - AI Training

About the Role:

• We are looking for Licensed Pharmacists to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models.
• As AI plays a larger role in healthcare, these systems must be guided by pharmaceutical experts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn.

Requirements:

• Current license/registration in good standing (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) and board certification where applicable.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, with comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail, technical readiness, and willingness to complete a skills assessment.
