Business Intelligence Engineer

As a Junior BI Engineer, you’ll contribute to and support the development of internal analytics capabilities. You’ll work closely with senior BI engineers and business teams to deliver actionable insights, build scalable reporting solutions, and continuously improve how data is leveraged. This is a hands-on, learning-rich role ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in BI, data, or analytics who’s ready to grow into a more advanced engineering role. You will build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using AWS QuickSight, support data integration and transformation across platforms like Salesforce, AWS RDS, and Vitally, collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics, reporting needs, and actionable insights, document data pipelines and BI workflows to support scalability and repeatability, troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and availability and contribute to team sprints and help prioritize analytics requests from across the organization.
